Please read these terms carefully before ordering any service from DR Property Check.
DR Property Check LLC provides independent property verification and risk assessment services in the Dominican Republic. All services — including Field Verification Reports, Contract Analysis Reports, Title Certificate Reports, Developer Background Reports, Pre-Delivery Inspections, and Construction Monitoring — are observational and informational in nature. They do not constitute legal advice, property appraisals, engineering assessments, environmental evaluations, or warranties of any kind regarding the property, project, developer, or transaction reviewed.
Reports reflect conditions observable and information available at the time of inspection or review. DR Property Check does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information obtained from third-party sources, including public registries, municipal records, or developer-provided materials.
DR Property Check LLC's total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from or related to the services provided — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. DR Property Check shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of investment, or loss of anticipated savings.
All reports, photographs, data, analysis, and documentation produced by DR Property Check are the intellectual property of DR Property Check. The client receives a personal, non-transferable license to use the report for their own due diligence purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any report or portion thereof requires prior written consent from DR Property Check.
DR Property Check LLC maintains strict structural independence. We accept no payment, referral fee, commission, or benefit from any developer, real estate agency, sales agent, or law firm. Our fee is paid exclusively by the client who orders the service. This independence is not a policy — it is the architectural basis of our business model.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute arising from or related to services provided by DR Property Check LLC shall be resolved through arbitration in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, under Dominican law.
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. Cancellations requested before an inspection has been conducted are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees. No refund is available after an inspection has been conducted or a report has been initiated.
